Getting Started

If you live in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area you can call The Ross Center for Anxiety & Related Disorders directly at (202) 363-1010 to schedule an initial consultation/diagnostic evaluation. This private, confidential session is one hour (60 minutes). It is designed to determine a diagnosis, provide you with information about your condition(s) and treatment options, and, if deemed beneficial, recommend a specific course of treatment with one or more staff members at The Ross Center.

Recommended treatments may include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, medication, or a combination of treatments.
