Work with Us!

The Ross Center has been providing the highest quality mental health services for over 30 years. With outpatient offices in Washington DC, Vienna VA and New York City, we bring cutting edge treatment to patients suffering from a wide variety of mental health disorders. Our clinicians benefit from a collaborative work environment, sharing resources and consulting on patients in an open, supportive practice. With a large administrative team, we take care of all appointment scheduling, billing, and any other administrative issues that arise.

We strive to create a practice that supports each clinician’s unique strengths. We are looking for individuals who bring a sense of empathy, compassion and enthusiasm to fit into our team-oriented culture. Our practice values relationships and patient satisfaction, including a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and ongoing continuing education to propel the practice forward. We are always looking for talented clinicians with experience in evidence-based psychotherapy and psychiatry.

An Inclusive Environment

The Ross Center is an equal opportunity organization, and does not discriminate based on race, age, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, disability, color, size, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or socioeconomic background. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all patients and members of our staff.  We recognize that different backgrounds and experiences help to strengthen our practice and provide optimal care. All Ross Center staff members and contractors are expected to participate in ongoing diversity, equity and inclusion-related workshops and trainings.
