The Director of our Racial, Ethnic and Cultural Health program (REACH), Dr. Ryan DeLapp, is a sought after guest and consultant, frequently invited to share his novel approach to working with BIPOC individuals and cultural stress. He was recently featured on two podcasts, geared to clinicians, in which he describes the REACH program and how clinicians can address racial stress through evidence-based skills and the REACH UP model.

The REACH Program offers culturally responsive therapeutic care to BIPOC youth and adults that leads to more effective ways to cope with cultural stressors like racism. Dr. DeLapp offers individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults in person in NY, and virtually to adults in NY, DC, MD and VA. He is also facilitating 3 REACH groups for high school students, young adults, and professionals.
