As demands for outstanding mental health treatment continue to increase, The Ross Center is looking to meet the needs of patients in both New York and the greater Washington DC area with expanded psychiatric services. Join an an established practice that serves children, adolescents and adults with an array of psychiatric and psychological diagnoses. There is a large referral base already established with local schools and primary care providers, in addition to referrals from other Ross Center clinicians. Staff at the center includes full-time and part-time psychologists and psychiatrists with expertise in a variety of areas. Clients are frequently served by both our psychologists and psychiatrists, which offers clients a more collaborative approach to treatment.
The Ross Center is seeking psychiatrists to join our Washington, DC, Northern Virginia (Tyson’s area) and Manhattan offices. The ideal candidate would provide medication management for adults but would have training which allows them to see children and adolescents as well. The candidate should be well-versed in working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary practice that services children, adolescents and adults and has a working knowledge of cognitive behavior therapy and other evidence based modes of practice. The center also employs a full time administrative staff who is responsible for appointment scheduling and billing, processing refill requests and prior authorizations, and other administrative tasks
