The Ross Center will be offering a variety of group therapy programs beginning in April for individuals who struggle with Social Anxiety, Fear of Flying, and College Readiness. Group therapy can be a very effective way to address and conquer fears, and our social anxiety groups are segmented by age: high school, college, and adults. These groups are ideal for individuals who find themselves worrying endlessly about what others think and have a difficult time in social situations or with new people. Each groups uses the principles of Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help participants develop new skills and challenge negative thoughts. For more information check out our group therapy page.
