Struggling with ADHD as a Young Adult? You’re Not Alone!
“Adulting” with ADHD can be challenging. Between juggling new roles, career decisions, relationships, independence, and financial responsibilities, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. You’ll learn practical, evidence-based strategies to manage daily challenges, boost productivity, and create sustainable habits for success in both work and personal life.
