Alisha Felder, MBA, serves as the Director of Operations for The Ross Center. Her role is to ensure that patients receive exceptional support throughout all their interactions with The Ross Center. Alisha oversees the daily operations of The Ross Center’s 3 locations, 40+ clinicians, and numerous support staff, maintaining a bridge between The Ross Center’s front office and clinical operations. She is responsible for implementing operational goals aligned with the mission of The Ross Center. She leads staff training and development while promoting a patient-centric culture for the practice.
Alisha received her MBA from the University of Maryland University College, and her BS Magna Cum Laude in Criminal Justice from Strayer University. She holds several certifications and enjoys participating in professional development activities. Alisha also consults for the non-profit industry and sits on the Board of Directors for two local organizations. Through targeted trainings, consistent collaboration, and culture assessments she has worked with many area CEOs and business leaders in transforming struggling workforces into environments of accountability. A five-time award recipient of The Professional Performance Award given by the American Society of Association Executives, Alisha brings her business acumen and passion for helping people to facilitate optimal patient care at The Ross Center.
