Whether you’ve called the office directly or completed the contact form, your first point of contact will be one of our trained patient care coordinators. They will speak with you about your concerns, and take into consideration your symptoms, age (or the age of your child), and potential need for medication. We also discuss whether in-person or virtual therapy is desired.
Discuss Financial Policies
We also review our insurance policies, since we are out-of-network and do not participate in any insurance plans. However, many of our patients are able to get some level of reimbursement from their insurance carrier for out-of-network benefits. Although we do not bill insurance carriers directly, we can provide you with the receipts necessary if you choose to submit to your insurance.
