Groups provide real-time practice, peer support, and lower cost per session while still teaching evidence-based skills.

Most run with 6–10 participants to ensure enough interaction without feeling overwhelming.

You control what you disclose. Early sessions focus on learning skills; deeper sharing is always voluntary.

Yes. With your permission, Ross Center clinicians can coordinate with your outside therapist to keep goals aligned.
