Patient Resources & Care Options

Trusting, Compassionate Relationships

Our psychiatrists and therapists are hired not only for their outstanding clinical skills but also for their engaging interpersonal skills. Our goal is to exceed your expectations with a welcoming environment, coordinated care teams, and attentive service. Our patient care team is trained to listen carefully to your concerns and direct you to the clinician and/or type of service best suited to your situation.

Our offices were designed for your comfort, with calming interiors in a relaxed setting. In addition, we offer evening and weekend hours so that booking an appointment is not another stressor in your life.

At the Ross Center, you’ll find a talented clinical team dedicated to your mental health, and an empathetic support staff dedicated to your satisfaction. Not only that, but we love working together, and that energy is infused throughout our practice.

What are your fees?

Fees are based your clinician’s credentials and level of training, and are consistent with other high quality competitors in our area.

Do you accept insurance?

Like many mental health practices, we are out-of-network and do not participate in any insurance plans. Many of our patients are able to get reimbursed from their insurance carrier for out-of-network benefits. We will provide you with the receipts necessary if you choose to submit to your insurance carrier.
