Dr. Kerri Moseley-Hobbs, Founder and Executive Director of the More Than A Fraction Foundation, has a 20-year career in education, specializing in higher education policy, administration, and historical research. She authored More Than a Fraction: Based on a True Story and focuses on the voices of pre-20th century African Americans, collaborating with institutions like Virginia Tech and Historic Smithfield. Before higher education, she worked at The Baltimore Times from a young age. Dr. Moseley-Hobbs holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and multiple degrees from the University of Maryland. She is a 5th-generation descendant of John Fraction.
