How to Support Your Struggling Young Adult Child

Location:

Webinar via Zoom

Intended For:

Parents of Young Adults

Date / Time:

Friday November 6, 6:00pm ET

Program Description:

This free webinar will help parents better understand common challenges that can emerge from the later teen years through adulthood, including when difficulties may warrant professional intervention and what treatment options may be available.

We will also explore the role parents can play when their child is struggling, including how attempts to help can sometimes unintentionally reinforce avoidance or dependence, and ways to support greater independence, reduce accommodation, and respond more effectively when an adult child is reluctant to seek help.
