Professional Biography:
Julie is an experienced healthcare leader, with a background in clinic management, strategic planning, and marketing. She has worked in hospital settings and private practice, and is excited to bring her collaborative, patient-centered approach to The Ross Center. Julie manages the daily business operations, administration, and human resources for our three offices. Additionally, she is responsible for overseeing our patient-care coordinators, ensuring that each member of the team is creating the highest quality experience for our patients.
Julie received her Bachelor’s Degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY, and has completed additional coursework in marketing, communications, and accounting. Julie is a member (and Past President) of the Educational Foundation of Alfred State College, and a past member of the Vistage Key Leader Group. She has been involved in local government and chambers of commerce throughout her career as a business leader.
