Culturally relevant resources

Underserved and minority populations often experience increased mental health challenges and unique stressors. This page is intended to provide culturally-sensitive mental health resources for a broad range of diverse communities, including the LGBTQIA, Asian, Black, Lantinx, and Indigenous communities, as well as persons from diverse religious backgrounds, those with physical and intellectual disabilities, and refugees/immigrants.

We view this page as an initial gateway for individuals searching for culturally-relevant resources, including those who may be experiencing race-related hardships, trauma, or stigma. This resource list will continue to be updated and will evolve over time.
