Join Dr. Yael Mansoor for a one hour webinar that will provide you with strategies for coping in this very stressful time. You’ll learn to change your relationship with stress and respond in ways that can offer comfort and relief.

As we all struggle with the complex circumstances of this pandemic, you’ll gain a greater understanding of the concept of ‘stress’, including Eustress (beneficial stress) and Distress (negative stress). You’ll learn to reappraise your stress to reduce it’s impact and choose how to respond to it to increase your effectiveness.  You’ll also learn how to recover from stress as well as build strength and resilience by becoming intentional in the way you:

  • Exercise
  • Sleep
  • Connect to others
  • Cultivate presence

Explore how to change our relationship to stress to create more freedom and calm in our lives.
