Do I Have ADHD? What a Clear Diagnosis Can Tell You

Location:

Webinar via Zoom

Intended For:

Adults

Date / Time:

Tuesday, July 14th. 8:00 PM ET. This event will be recorded if the time is not convenient.

Program Description:

Adult ADHD is everywhere right now—on TikTok, in podcasts, and in everyday conversations. Many adults are wondering: Why is life feeling harder than it should? Why can’t I stay organized, focused, or on top of things?

But not every attention problem is ADHD. Difficulties with focus, motivation, time management, and follow-through can also stem from anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, autism spectrum differences, stress, or simply never having learned the right executive functioning systems.

Join us for a free educational webinar designed to help adults understand the difference between common struggles and a true ADHD diagnosis, and what steps to take next.

Who is this Webinar For?

Adults who are curious about ADHD and wonder what a diagnosis will offer them

What You'll Learn:

  • How ADHD actually presents in adults (and how it’s often misunderstood)

  • Why attention difficulties are not always ADHD

  • The overlap between ADHD, anxiety, depression, and autism

  • When self-diagnosis may miss the bigger picture

  • What a professional ADHD evaluation can clarify

  • How diagnosis can help with treatment, accommodations, school, work, and relationships

  • What to do if you don’t have ADHD—but still need help functioning better

  • Strategies, coaching, therapy, and medication options that may help

We’ll also discuss how to build effective systems and develop the tools to help you function successfully in daily life. There will be time for a live Q&A at the end of the workshop.

Presented by Ross Center psychologist Dr. Ryan Landoll, Director of Psychological Testing and Assessments.
