These highly effective and efficient therapies allow patients to make emotional progress by identifying, challenging, and changing thought patterns and behaviors and learning to engage in healthy coping behaviors. Therapists are able to provide treatment outside the office as well, accompanying patients to locations where they can practice their new skills and behaviors in real-life situations.
Ross Center psychiatrists prescribe medication when appropriate, seeking out the safest, most effective medications with the fewest side effects. We take the time to educate you on your medication options, whether used alone or in combination with psychotherapy.
We also offer addiction treatment for a variety of addictive behaviors, including alcohol abuse, drug abuse, compulsive gambling, sexual compulsiveness, vaping. Our program includes individual therapy with an addiction specialist, medication management with a psychiatrist trained in addiction medicine, group therapy and family support.
