To schedule a mental health appointment with one of the therapists or psychiatrists in our Washington, DC office, please call 202-363-1010 to speak to one of our patient care coordinators, who can help determine which clinician might be a good match for you. Patient Portal

Upon scheduling your first appointment, you will be sent an invitation to access the Patient Portal. All patient forms can be found in the portal.

Insurance

Although most of our clinicians do not participate in any insurance plans, we will provide you with the necessary receipts to submit to your insurance provider to assist in reimbursement of out-of-network benefits. Learn more on our FAQ page

Directions

Our Washington DC office is conveniently located in Friendship Heights just blocks from Bethesda/Chevy Chase. To reach our suite, take the elevator to the 4th floor and go to Suite 400. Parking is available in the public parking garage beneath our building on Jenifer street. There are also several metered parking spots in front of and behind the 5225 Wisconsin Ave NW office building.

The RED LINE Friendship Heights metro station is located directly across the street from our building. Use the Jenifer Street exit.

Prescription Refills

Prescription refills can be requested using the form below. Please be advised that the turnaround time for prescription refill requests is no more than 48 business hours.  This means anything received on Friday will be completed no later than the same time the following Tuesday (assuming that Monday is not a holiday).  If you need a refill more quickly, please call the office as soon as possible and do not use this form.
