Christina Tripodi Mitchell, PsyD, NCSP, is a licensed psychologist treating children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group therapy. Dr. Tripodi has experience training and working in numerous medical, clinical, and school settings, including Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and The London Children’s Practice. Dr. Tripodi primarily focuses on the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, and behavioral problems through the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy and evidence-based practice.
Dr. Tripodi also conducts testing for all age groups. She is committed to providing comprehensive treatment and, when necessary, to collaborating with outside agencies relevant to each patient’s situation. Dr. Tripodi received her B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University, and her M.S. and Psy.D. in School Psychology from St. John’s University. At St. John’s, Dr. Tripodi completed a concentration in Clinical Psychology and Intervention and was awarded a University Doctoral Research Fellowship.
