Christina Tripodi Mitchell, PsyD is a licensed psychologist treating children, adolescents, and adults in individual, group, and family therapy. Dr. Tripodi has experience working in numerous medical, clinical, and school settings including Weill Cornell Medical Center, Children’s Day Hospital at New York Presbyterian Hospital, The London Children’s Practice, and The Washington DC Public Schools. Dr. Tripodi primarily focuses on the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, behavioral problems, and school-related concerns through the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy and evidence-based practice.
Dr. Tripodi also conducts testing and assessment for all age groups. She is committed to providing comprehensive treatment and, when necessary, to collaborating with outside agencies relevant to each patient’s situation. Dr. Tripodi received her B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University, and her M.S. and Psy.D. in School Psychology from St. John’s University.
